Bi-Weekly Cleaning Services

The perfect sweet spot between weekly and monthly cleans, our bi-weekly service keeps your home looking fresh without the commitment of a weekly visit. These sessions typically run 3 to 5 hours and are handled by one of our expert team members—though if you prefer a speedier clean with two cleaners, we can make that happen, too.

As always, we do what works best for you! Whether you need a detailed refresh or just a little upkeep, our bi-weekly cleans help keep things in order so you can focus on life’s more important (and more fun) things—like finally finishing that show you started six months ago!

Monthly Cleaning Services

Short-Term Rental Services

One-person Turnover Cleans

Our One-person Turnover clean is for short-term rental owners needing an all-encompassing service to fulfill all their cleaning needs.

Our service gives clients peace of mind as we take care of cleaning, maintaining, stocking, and preparing their property for each guest, saving them from the hassle of commuting.

Two-person Turnover Cleans

Our Two-person Turnover clean is for short-term rental owners with large cottages needing an all-encompassing service to fulfill all their cleaning needs.

Our service helps clients feel relieved by taking care of their property. They don't have to travel from home to clean, maintain, and prepare it for guests.

Short-Term Rental Set-up

Our short-term rental set-up service is designed for new short-term rental owners. We assist them in preparing their property for the upcoming season. At Zen Home and Cottage Cleaning Services, we assist clients in navigating the short-term rental process and preparing their property for hosting. We educate clients on the necessary supplies, linens, storage, and property setup and organization for a successful transition.

Virtual Assistance

Our Virtual Assistance service helps short-term rental owners manage their profile accounts. We can handle bookings, review guests, respond to guest inquiries, and arrange for cleaning between stays.

Additional Services

  • Clients need more stock to last the season and cannot make it to their rental property to stock up. We take stock inventory during each clean. so clients know how much is used during each clean.

    When clients need more stock, we complete a stock run and restock their supplies at the property. This service can also accommodate clients who offer their guests a stock fridge; our clients complete an online pick order at a local grocery store which we pick up and unload at the property.

  • We offer a cottage check service, so the client has peace of mind knowing their property is in good condition during the cold months. Zen conducts weekly checks completing a walk-through, flushing toilets, checking for leaks, dusting, and cleaning as needed.

  • We offer laundry services throughout all seasons, and not all properties have laundry facilities onsite to enable us to complete laundry during the clean. We take the laundry offsite and finish it before the subsequent turnover clean to ensure each guest has clean linens when they arrive at the property.

  • Our After-hours cleaning is specifically for Commercial clients, allowing us to complete regular cleans throughout the week. The after-hours cleaning ensures our clients a piece of mind their business is being maintained, cleaned, and reset for the following workdays.

    We clean the office areas, dust, clean bathrooms, floors, windows, and shelves, and ensure garbage is emptied. We provide cleaning as the last thing on the client's mind to allow them to focus on their business.

  • In offering an all-encompassing service, we offer clients a property maintenance option that involves us providing one of our subcontractors to help complete their property maintenance needs.

    This ranges from snow removal, gardening, exterior window cleaning, grass cutting, raking, weeding, and general contracting. We notice any damage during the guest's stay and what needs to be repaired. This helps our clients from going through the process of trying to find the right contractor for the job.

  • We provide a garbage and recycling service to ensure there is no garbage and or recycling left at the property. Our clients are busy and sometimes miss garbage days when they are away or don’t have access to their property.
